Beginning in March 2018, the R&D department will organize study meetings every Friday, and different personnel will take turns to conduct exchanges and discussions on topics selected. At the study meeting, R&D personnel with different technical expertise exhibited their strengths and explained complex technical points in an easy-to-understand manner, which enabled the participants to expand their knowledge and benefit a lot. If you don't accumulate steps, you can't reach a thousand miles; if you don't accumulate small currents, you can't become a river. The core competitiveness of the R&D department is technology.
